  ..to Draco Papillons... Here at Draco Papillons we strive to produce sound , healthy, Papillons that meet the standard. With only a few dogs, we are a small kennel producing maybe two litters a year. Draco Papillon genetic tests are submitted to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, INC. for their hearts, Patella's, and eyes. When all three tests are completed our dogs receive a CHIC number from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, INC.. Papillons with CHIC numbers are also posted on the Papillon Club of Americas web site.. Receiving a CHIC # does not mean that Papillon is clear of genetic health problems. It only means it was tested for such.. PLEASE look up any Papillon in question on the OFA home page (see links) to be sure the Papillon had normal results...If the records are closed to the public by owner there is most likely reason for concern. "Parker" is also 2008 # 10 All breed and #8 Eukanuba Championship points.. He has well over 50 Best of breeds
